The Juçara Palm is a fruit that grows only in the south of Brazil, has a thick and fleshy stem, has an extremely soft texture and even crumbles in the mouth. The time from germination to harvest can vary from 8 to 15 years and must be cultivated with sustainable management. The Juçara after being cut does not regrow.
